1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bellybet website at bellybet.net, creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the bellybet Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport- or game-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and bellybet.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bellybet platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of all Terms in force at that time.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain an active account on bellybet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active bellybet account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and partnerships may not register as players.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bellybet or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

Age Verification Process

bellybet applies a mandatory CNIC-based age verification procedure to all new Pakistani accounts. Registration requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC number. bellybet reserves the right to request a scanned copy or photograph of your CNIC, a selfie alongside your CNIC, and supplementary proof of address at any stage. Accounts where age verification has not been completed may have deposits, withdrawals, and certain features suspended until verification is satisfactorily concluded.

Any player who provides false age information or uses another individual's identity documents to circumvent age verification commits a serious breach of these Terms. bellybet will close such accounts immediately, report the matter to relevant authorities where required by applicable law, and void all balances and pending winnings associated with the account.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may register only one bellybet account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your account.
• Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited. bellybet uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, CNIC cross-referencing, and payment method matching to identify duplicate accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your bellybet account.
• You must notify the bellybet support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• bellybet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain password confidentiality.

Account Verification (KYC)

bellybet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with its international gaming licence obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above PKR 25,000, when unusual account activity is detected, or as a routine compliance check. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by bellybet support may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bellybet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bellybet does not accept cryptocurrency, informal hawala transfers, or third-party payment processors not listed above.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: PKR 500 (subject to change; refer to the cashier for current limits).

Withdrawal Rules

• bellybet reserves the right to conduct additional KYC checks before processing any withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bellybet offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who hold a fully verified bellybet account.
• Each promotion specifies a wagering requirement (also called a playthrough requirement). Bonus funds cannot be converted to withdrawable cash until this requirement is met in full.
• Minimum odds conditions apply to sports betting bonuses. Wagers placed at odds below the specified minimum will not count toward wagering requirements.
• bellybet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without notice, provided that bonus funds already credited to a player's account and already subject to active wagering will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of crediting.
• Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage, or the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Where a player's wagering pattern suggests systematic exploitation of bonus offers rather than genuine recreational play, bellybet reserves the right to withhold bonus payments and to close the account.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports wagers placed on the bellybet platform, including pre-match and in-play (live) betting:

Bet Placement

• All bets are final once confirmed by the bellybet system. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where explicitly permitted by the platform (e.g., the Cash Out feature, where available).
• bellybet reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit maximum stake sizes, or restrict betting markets for any player at its sole discretion without notice or explanation.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by sport, market, and event. Current limits are displayed in the bet slip at time of placement.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bellybet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum time specified in sport-specific rules has elapsed.
• The bet was accepted due to a manifest pricing error (palpable error) in the odds displayed.
• The market was suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a system delay, but the bet was nevertheless accepted in error.
• Evidence of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity affecting the outcome of the event emerges and is substantiated by a recognised sporting authority.

Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

Given bellybet's primary focus on Pakistani cricket fans, the following specific rules apply to PSL and international cricket markets: In-play cricket bets stand provided that at least one full over is bowled after the bet is placed. Rain interruptions that lead to a revised target under DLS method do not void pre-match match winner bets. Specific over/under markets are governed by the minimum overs condition stated in the market description.

7 Casino & Slot Game Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on bellybet — including live dealer tables, RNG slots, Fortune Ox, and casual games such as Ludo Quick — are subject to the following rules:

• All games are provided by certified third-party gaming software providers. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is certified by an independent testing laboratory and is available in the game's information panel.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or slot spin, the round will be completed according to the game's built-in disconnection protocol. bellybet is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet connectivity failures.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bellybet and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information, age, or identity documents at any stage.
• Registering or operating more than one bellybet account.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to mask your location or circumvent geographical or account-based restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime using the bellybet platform.
• Systematically exploiting pricing errors, software bugs, or bonus loopholes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform without explicit written authorisation from bellybet.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting using non-public information.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bellybet staff or other players through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

bellybet is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available free of charge to all registered accounts:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly PKR deposit caps configurable from your account dashboard.
• Session time limits — automatic logout after a player-defined session duration.
• Reality check notifications — periodic on-screen reminders of session duration and wagering activity.
• Self-exclusion — temporary (30 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from all bellybet services, processed immediately upon request.
• Account cooling-off periods — 24-hour, 48-hour, or 7-day account pauses without permanent closure.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

bellybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a player's payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity: accounts with a zero PKR balance that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be closed. bellybet will make reasonable efforts to notify the registered email address before closing an inactive account.

Upon voluntary account closure or termination for breach, any withdrawable PKR balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bellybet's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any bet or game shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bellybet shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses attributable to internet service interruptions, telecommunications failures, or other infrastructure issues outside bellybet's direct control.
• Errors or omissions in third-party game software, provided that bellybet takes reasonable steps to resolve identified issues promptly.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including password compromise.
• Any decisions made in reliance on statistics, live score data, or other informational content displayed on the platform, which is provided on an "as is" basis without warranty of accuracy.

Nothing in this clause shall limit bellybet's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

bellybet collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing principles applied by bellybet include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, lawful purposes directly related to the provision of gaming services and compliance obligations.
• Payment credential data (full card numbers, mobile wallet PINs) is never stored by bellybet. Payment processing is handled by certified payment service providers.
• bellybet does not sell or rent personal data to third-party advertisers.
• Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or third-party fraud prevention services where required by applicable law or licence conditions.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bellybet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or player rights — bellybet will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on each affected account.

Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter player rights, or changes required by a regulatory body on short notice) may take effect immediately without prior notification.

Continued access to or use of the bellybet platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.

Formal Complaints Procedure

If your matter is not resolved to your satisfaction through first-line support, you may submit a formal written complaint. bellybet will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. If the matter remains unresolved after bellybet's internal process has been exhausted, you may escalate the dispute to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under bellybet's international gaming licence.

Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation (including any Urdu translation provided as a convenience), the English version shall prevail.
